We are growing! We have reached over 2000 Deschutes County residents since COSE started in February. 



We are a 100% volunteer based program and with our recent high demand we are in need of creating a few paid positions for locals! Feeding people, providing jobs! Spread the word!

Founded in the winter of 2012, Central Oregon Seed Exchange (COSE) is a volunteer driven network dedicated to strengthening our farming and gardening community in central Oregon. Our goal is to create a sustainable local food supply and support global biodiversity. We are working to increase local seed saving, increase seed exchange, provide education around how to effectively save seed & develop seed stock acclimatized to our unique area, & generally support sustainable agriculture in Central Oregon.
